Beekeeping Internship
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about beekeeping and wants to learn the skills involved in running a successful honey business.
The Beekeeping Intern will work alongside our experienced beekeepers to learn everything from hive management, honey harvesting, processing, and packaging, to running a small business.
Qualifications
- Passion for beekeeping and a desire to learn about honey production and business management.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and good time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
- No prior beekeeping experience required, but an eagerness to learn is essential.
