We had such a great time at Hi Honey Farms! The kids absolutely loved it, and we all learned so much about bees and honey production. The were was super friendly and made the tour fun and educational. We even got to try some delicious honey samples, which was a sweet treat! Overall, it was a fantastic experience that we highly recommend for families or anyone interested in learning more about bees!
I had the pleasure of touring Hi Honey Farm and it was an absolutely delightful experience! This was a solo trip for me, and from the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well accommodated! The owner Stanislav, is a Hive Hero! He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and passionate about his craft. He went above and beyond to make the tour experience enjoyable for me. The farm is so serene and you can tell that team works hard to preserve the beauty of it all! Suiting up to get a look at the hives was pretty cool! Safety was Stas’s priority and he made sure that I didn’t get stung. He even took pictures of me during the tour that I could have as memories! I had the chance to sample the farm’s fresh, unprocessed honey! It was an experience in itself—each flavor was unique and delicious. I bought a few jars of honey which were high-quality and beautifully packaged. I have a newfound appreciation for bees thanks to Stas! Highly recommend going, if you’re on Oahu! 🐝🐓🌺☀️🌴
I scheduled this tour on 1/11 for my girlfriend and I to do on our anniversary trip to Oahu. We were in the mid-afternoon group with 4 other guests, being lead by Ananya and Adam. Ananya’s class she gave on beekeeping, the apiary and handling of the bees were incredible; my girlfriend and I both learned so much from her. Ananya and Adam were both knowledgable and had answers for all of our questions. Adams pictures he took for our tour group were also perfect. The tasting at the end of the tour was delicious and informative, the food pairings were spot-on. If you’re looking for something to do on Oahu, this is absolutely something worth doing. Beautiful views, excellent food and safe and knowledgable staff.
We found this private tour on North Shore and it was a great experience. Stas (bee farmer) gave us an expensive overview of the garden he created 8 years ago from a piece of abandoned land. There are tons of native plants and trees as well plants and trees brought over by the Polynesian settlers hundreds of years ago. Then comes the bees! We searched for the queen bee, learned how honey is harvested. We also visited the been rescue center where all the rescued from various locations on the island. The honey tasting session was sensational and we felt healthier already. We strongly recommend a visit and the bring your family with you. It’s a trip you won’t soon forget.
Worth every penny! The hospitality was amazing, the care for the education we were given is unmatched, and the personal touch with the Michelin star taste test after the tour … be ready to be amazed! You will try gourmet snacks and gather ideas for honey dishes of your own while taste testing 8 or so flavors- infused and natural honey. You will walk away thankful for the next bee you see. You must go!!
Loved the honey bee tour at Hi Honey Farm! Booking was simple and the owner was very easy to contact. Booked the 3PM slot same day and because it's still a fairly new tour, it was like a private session for my sister and I 😁 Our tour guide did great in showing us the land and their various plants, letting us experience the bee life cycle, and finding the queen. The tasting, lead by the owner, was amazing as well! My favorite was tasting the "Bee Keeper's Breakfast" which I won't go into detail about so that readers will get curious and book a tour to try it. Definitely going to be my breakfast now too. 10/10. We had amazing guides, delicious honey, and a great time today. We ended up buying a few jars of the honey we tried during the tour. It was truly a unique experience and having the tour just be our party was really nice and allowed us to thoroughly learn about the process. Really glad we found this honey farm and I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Went out here recently, and had a blast. It's an educational tour about bees, how they work ,and how they effect native plants of hawaii. The owner Stanislav gives a on depth tour of working bee colonies. You are able to hold the trays and see all the different types of bees within them. I highly recommend this tour, as a local for over 30 years it's rare that we ever go on tours or anything like that so for us to enjoy it this much is rare, and I would like to do my part in expressing my thanks for HI Honey Farm for providing such a unique experience, and one that we need. Bees are important to our ecosystem and economy here in America and we are destroying them when we should be saving them. My wife and I had so much fun that I gave them a shoutout on my 84k follower instagram page @crimanllycute_cats to help spread the word, and I was able to post longer videos and stuff there aswell! We had an amazing experience! The tour was phenomenal - it was so fun and immensely informative. My 6yr old loved learning more about all things honeybee. I highly recommend the tour, it's absolutely a hidden gem here on Oahu.
An amazing experience for all. We had a wonderful time learning about bees, visiting hives, exploring native plants and we even witnessed the birth of a new baby bee. The grounds are lush, beautiful, filled with wild life and well maintained. We were all provided with bee suits for safety and got to handle the bees ourselves under the watchful eyes of owner and master beekeeper, Stas. He was a wealth of knowledge and inspiration. After the educational tour, we had the pleasure of sampling all the different honey that HI Honey Farm produces, each honey was distinct and masterfully created. Truly an excellent experience for all ages. We highly recommend this tour and we will definitely be back!
